Obituary of George W. Dunn

George William "Chip" Dunn 78, of Atlantic City, passed away on Thursday, May 3, 2018. "Chip" came to live in the Atlantic City area with the start of casino gaming. He eventually made his permanent residence "Snug Harbor" in the Bungalow Park section of Atlantic City, living there until his illness. "Chip" was surrounded by a large and loving group of friends who supported him in health and illness. They were his family through his many years of living by the sea in the city he loved, Atlantic City. He was known for his endeavors which included the Office Bar, the Flying Cloud, "Chips" at the Marina and Pest Management Inc. (PHI). "Chip" was predeceased by his loving parents Dorothy "Hope" Vrgovich and William Dunn and his beloved sister, Jacqueline. He is survived by his brother-in-law George Rohanna; nephew George E. Rohanna and his wife Michele and their children Denine, Georgie, and Olivia. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated for George W. "Chip" Dunn 11:00am Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at St. Nicholas of Tolentine RC Church, Tennessee and Pacific Avenues, Atlantic City. Friends may call from 10:30am at the church. Burial will be held at a later date. A loving Tribute to the Bungalow Park Civic Association in "Chips" name would be greatly appreciated by family and friends. Remember him well!
