Obituary of Angeliki Nikolakopoulou

ANGELIKI NIKOLAKOPOULOU 66. It is with great sadness that we announce her passing. She passed away peacefully on February 20,. 2024, in Atlantic City, NJ. She was born on May 4, 1957. Angeliki had a passion for life and her happiest moments were spent with family and friends. She enjoyed long walks on the beach and boardwalk, watching the sunset, bird watching, and collecting antiques. She will be remembered for her kind and gentle spirit as well as her sense of humor. Angeliki worked at Irene's on the Atlantic City Boardwalk for 20 years. She will be dearly missed by her surviving family members: Nephew Andreas Kozonas, Niece Eleni Kozonas, Brothers Stathis and Lakis Nikolakopoulou, Sister Ana Polikandriotis, and numerous nieces and nephews in Greece. She is preceded in death by her Parents Athanasios and Stravroula Nikolakopoulou, Sister Georgia Kozonas, and Nephew Athanasios Kozonas. Funeral services will be held in remembrance of Angeliki at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, 13 S. Mount Vernon Avenue, Atlantic City, NJ 08401. The visitation will begin at 10:00 AM on Saturday, March 2, 2024 followed by the funeral mass at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Laurel Memorial Park Cemetery 2301 English Creek Avenue, (off Tilton Road) Egg Harbor Twp., NJ 08234.
