I met Jeff as a boy, about 8 years old, during my summer vacation in Ocean City NJ. We became great friends and for years, the same gang of kids would spend all summer at the 58th street area. Those years with Jeff are full of some of the best memories of my life. We tagged along with each other all summer from time on the beach to frolicking at night on the boardwalk. I could write a book of all our adventures and our mutual love of Elvis music. I will miss Jeff so much as we remained friends for now over 50 years. The picture attached is the last one had taken with Jeff when he came to help me celebrate my birthday last year. My prayers and love to his family and those he cherished in life. Love ya and miss ya Jeff.

My Dear Jeff! I'm heartbroken. There are no words to describe the impact you have had on this earth. I have been impacted. Stopped in my steps. I can't move today. I'm nothing. But then I called my Aunt Leslie. She lost more than I can never imagine. "Her" baby brother! Her good friend! "A sibling bond broken" As to their dear brother Brad who suffers the same. Jeff and I became best friends as young boys spending every summer together at 58th street in Ocean City. We did everything together and those years were just wonderful. A lifetime friendship and best memories. I will miss him very much and truly loved him and being around him. I'm sure he's at peace now and send his entire family my love and prayers. He was very special to me.
