Andrew Joseph "Nick" 66 of Woodstock, GA. passed away peacefully on May 13th, 2023.
Born on October 19, 1956 Andy grew up on Arizona Avenue and attended school in Atlantic City. He was employed by Trump Plaza Casino and Hotel for thirty years as a floor person and later relocated to Bethlehem PA. Sands Hotel and Casino Resort. From there Andy retired and he and his wife , Maria Perez Lamaine, eventually moved to Woodstock, Georgia.
Andy, as his friends called him, was predeceased by his parents Nicholas and Katherine. He is survived by his wife Maria, sisters Diane (Bill), Helen (Tony) and brother Joseph (Julie), daughters Karen (Wilfredo), Kristen (Brittanie), and Tara. Also surviving Andy are 7 grandchildren; Trinity, Wilfredo Jr., Cameron, Ariana, Brayden,
Nolan and Leo; and one great-granddaughter. He was also close with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and best friend, Dante. Andy enjoyed traveling, music, and family gatherings.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated for Andrew J. Lamaine 11:00am Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church 2651 Atlantic Avenue, Atlantic City. Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the church from10:00am until time of Mass. The Rite of Committal will be offered at Holy Cross Cemetery 5061 Harding Highway (Route 40) following Mass. Arrangements by the Gormley Funeral Home LLC/AC (gormleyfuneralhomellc.com).
