Irene Bustard (nee Martin) 79, of Pleasantville and recently of Cape May Court House at Oceana/Fountain Springs Nursing Center where she died on June 27, 2022.
Irene was born on March 4, 1943 in Kanawha County, West Virginia to Sherman George and Amy Katherine Martin. Not much more is known about her early life before she migrated to South Jersey and her life here over the last 25 years.
Irene kept to herself and shared very little information on her family and limited local friendships. She lived a quiet life, living in the Pleasantville area.
She had been married but little information is available and most recently Irene had made contact with her niece, Stella Kalogeradis and Stellas' daughter Dee, Irene's great niece. Stella gave a great deal of her time to give Irene help and assistance including seeking health care and nursing home care. Stella ultimately made arrangements for Irene's funeral services which were private as well. Arrangements through the Gormley Funeral Home LLC/AC.
