Obituary of Bonnie L. Matani

Bonnie I. Matani (nee Horsey) 80 of Atlantic City, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. Bonnie was born and raised in Baltimore, MD before relocating to what she considered home, Atlantic City, NJ. She spent several years as a hair dresser in Maryland before moving into the retail business and also spending many years working in the Casinos in Las Vegas, Nevada and Atlantic City -in Security. In her off time she enjoyed sitting on the Boardwalk- people watching, shopping, and spending time with her family. Bonnie is predeceased by her loving husband Carl; her father and mother James and Vivian (nee Taylor)Horsey, her son JohnMarvin Howell and her furbaby - BellaLuna. She is survived by her son Gavol; daughter Deneen; sisters Cindy (John) and Sally (Steve); brothers Jay (Joan) and Kenneth (Sherry); granddaughters Brooklyn, Gabriella, and Shannon; grandson Shawn; great-grand children Madison, Kendall, Beckett, and Juliette; many loved nieces and nephews and grand dog Karma. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated for Bonnie Matani 11:00am Thursday, April 7, 2022 at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church 2651 Atlantic Avenue, Atlantic City.
