Obituary of Harry A. Nugent

Harry A. (The Nug) Nugent 59 of Atlantic City, passed away on May 17, 2021 unexpectedly at home. There are no words that can ease the sorrow of his passing. Harry was born and raised in Atlantic City and was a Graduate of Atlantic City High School -Class of 1980. Harrys' family was his life, and spending time with them and his close friends gave him the most happiness. His daughters were the pride and joy of his world. He loved talking about them to everyone and anyone that would listen. He will be remembered for his loud witty humor, the love of his city and for being a die-hard Eagles fan. Harry is survived by his two loving daughters Kimberly Davila and Ashley Nugent; his cherished grandchildren Kayla, Kloei and Carter Davila; the love of his life Kimberly Rodriguez; family members; William Hazlet; Aunt Kitty Huegel, Uncle Vincent Gazzara, as well as many cousins and lifelong friends. He is predeceased by his beautiful mother Carmella Nugent; father Harry Nugent Sr.; and sister Beverly. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated for Harry Nugent 11:00am Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church 2651 Atlantic Avenue, Atlantic City. Friends may meet with the family from 9:45am on the lawn in front of Church until seating for Mass at 10:45am. Church protocols of social distancing and masks are required in church.
